Dos Viejos Coffee Co. was forged in the first light of morning, when the air is cool, and work waits for no man.

It was born from the steady, calloused hands of two men who shaped my life — my father, Daniel Herrera Sr., and my father-in-law, Vicente M. Silva.

They never complained. Never slowed. They shouldered the weight of their families with grit and resolve, knowing what was at stake if they didn’t.

They are the Dos Viejos — the men who taught me that hard work is duty, loyalty is sacred, and quitting is never an option.

This coffee is for them.
